Breaking tribunal upholds dino melayes election

Dino Melaye, a Nigerian politician, was a senator representing Kogi West in the 8th National Assembly of Nigeria. However, I couldn't find any information about a "breaking tribunal" upholding his election.

In fact, Dino Melaye's election as a senator was challenged by his opponent, Smart Adeyemi, at the Kogi State Election Petitions Tribunal. The tribunal delivered a judgment in 2019, declaring Adeyemi the winner of the election and nullifying Melaye's victory.

Melaye had initially won the election in 2015, but Adeyemi challenged the result, citing irregularities and malpractices during the election. The tribunal agreed with Adeyemi's claims and ordered a fresh election, which Adeyemi won.

So, to clarify, there is no "breaking tribunal" that has upheld Dino Melaye's election. Instead, the tribunal's judgment in 2019 led to the nullification of his election and a fresh election, which was won by Smart Adeyemi.
