Kamala Harris did not "join Joe Biden's bandwagon." In fact, Kamala Harris was a rival candidate in the 2020 Democratic presidential primary, and she suspended her campaign in December 2019.

After dropping out of the presidential race, Harris endorsed Joe Biden for president in March 2020. She went on to become his running mate, and they won the presidential election in November 2020.

So, to clarify, Kamala Harris did not "join" Joe Biden's campaign, but rather, she endorsed him and later became his running mate.
