Barca new signing 2015
A great year for FC Barcelona!
In 2015, Barca signed the following new players:
- Luis Suárez (Uruguay striker) - Signed from Liverpool FC on July 11, 2014, but officially joined the team in July 2015.
- Neymar Jr. (Brazilian forward) - Signed from Santos FC on June 3, 2013, but officially joined the team in July 2015.
- Andrés Iniesta (Spanish midfielder) - Signed a new contract extension on May 28, 2015, keeping him at the club until 2018.
- Jordi Masip (Spanish goalkeeper) - Signed from Real Valladolid on July 14, 2015.
- Sergi Roberto (Spanish midfielder) - Signed a new contract extension on July 14, 2015, keeping him at the club until 2020.
- Douglas Pereira (Brazilian defender) - Signed from São Paulo FC on July 24, 2015.
- Clément Lenglet (French defender) - Signed from AS Nancy on July 24, 2015.
These signings helped strengthen the team and contributed to Barca's success in the 2015-2016 season, which included winning the Copa del Rey and reaching the Champions League semifinals.
