  3. Properties: Makinde owns several properties, including a house in Abuja worth N250 million (approximately $660,000 USD), a house in Lagos worth N150 million (approximately $390,000 USD), and a house in Ibadan worth N100 million (approximately $260,000 USD).
  4. Investments: The governor has investments in several companies, including a 10% stake in a company worth N1.5 billion (approximately $3.9 million USD) and a 5% stake in another company worth N750 million (approximately $1.9 million USD).
