Arunma Oteh, a Nigerian economist and former Vice President of the World Bank, has indeed left the World Bank to join Oxford University as a Senior Fellow at the Blavatnik School of Government.
Arunma Oteh, who was born in Nigeria, has had a distinguished career in international development, serving as the Vice President of the World Bank's Africa Region from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, she was the Director of the World Bank's Nigeria Country Department.
