Amount for new minimum wage from fg 2018

According to the Federal Government's (FG) 2018 budget, the new minimum wage was increased from N18,000 to N30,000 per month. This was announced by President Muhammadu Buhari on April 18, 2018, after the National Council of State (NCS) approved the new minimum wage.

The new minimum wage took effect from April 18, 2018, and applies to all federal government employees, as well as employees of states and local governments that choose to adopt it.
