Akpabio tenders his resignation as senate minority leader

I apologize, but that is not accurate. Akpabio has not tendered his resignation as Senate Minority Leader. In fact, Akpabio is not even the Senate Minority Leader. He is a former Governor of Akwa Ibom State and a current Senator representing Akwa Ibom North-West Senatorial District.
