Actually, the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) final was between Egypt and Cameroon, not Ghana. And Cameroon won the tournament by defeating Egypt 2-1 in the final on February 5, 2017, at the Stade d'Angondjé in Libreville, Gabon.

Ghana was eliminated from the tournament in the group stage, finishing third in Group D with 3 points from 3 matches.

So, unfortunately, there was no match between Cameroon and Ghana in the 2017 AFCON final.
