Add new shape to smartart
To add a new shape to a SmartArt graphic in Microsoft Office, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the SmartArt Tools
- Open your Microsoft Office document (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, or Excel) and go to the SmartArt graphic you want to modify.
- Click on the "Design" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on the "Add Shape" button in the "SmartArt Tools" group.
- Select the shape you want to add from the drop-down menu. You can choose from various shapes, such as rectangles, triangles, circles, and more.
- Click on the shape to add it to your SmartArt graphic.
Method 2: Using the Shapes Gallery
- Open your Microsoft Office document and go to the SmartArt graphic you want to modify.
