Add new pipeline to my hubspot sales
To add a new pipeline to your HubSpot Sales, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your HubSpot account
Go to your HubSpot account and log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Sales module
Click on the "Sales" tab in the top navigation menu.
Step 3: Click on "Pipelines"
In the Sales module, click on the "Pipelines" tab.
Step 4: Click on "Create a pipeline"
Click on the "Create a pipeline" button.
Step 5: Enter pipeline details
Enter the following details:
- Pipeline name: Give your pipeline a name that describes its purpose (e.g., "New Business Leads", "Existing Customer Follow-ups", etc.).
- Description: Add a brief description of the pipeline's purpose and goals.
- Stage names: Define the stages that your deals will go through in this pipeline. You can add up to 10 stages. For example, you might have stages like "Prospecting", "Qualification", "Demo", "Proposal", "Closed Won", etc.
- Stage properties: Define the properties that will be tracked for each stage. For example, you might track "Next steps" or "Decision maker" for the "Prospecting" stage.
Step 6: Set up pipeline stages
Click on the "Stages" tab and add the stages you defined earlier. You can reorder the stages by dragging and dropping them.
Step 7: Set up deal properties
Click on the "Properties" tab and define the properties that will be tracked for each deal in this pipeline. For example, you might track "Company name", "Contact name", "Job title", etc.
Step 8: Save the pipeline
Click the "Save" button to save your new pipeline.
Step 9: Assign the pipeline to a team or user
Assign the pipeline to a team or user by clicking on the "Assign" button next to the pipeline name. This will allow team members or users to access and work with the pipeline.
That's it! Your new pipeline is now set up and ready to use in HubSpot Sales.
