Add new account to telegram desktop

To add a new account to Telegram Desktop, follow these steps:

1. Open Telegram Desktop on your computer.
2. Click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) in the top-right corner of the window.
3. In the "Settings" window, click on "Accounts" from the left-hand menu.
4. Click on the "Add Account" button.
5. Select the type of account you want to add:
