The Emperor was very excited and asked the swindlers to make him the most beautiful clothes in the world. The swindlers worked very hard and finally presented the Emperor with two beautiful robes. The Emperor put on the robes and looked at himself in the mirror. He thought he looked very handsome.
But when the Emperor went out to show off his new clothes, he realized that he was not wearing anything at all! The people in the crowd were too afraid to say anything, but one little boy shouted, "The Emperor is not wearing any clothes!"
