Abba new songs
A great topic! Unfortunately, ABBA disbanded in 1982 and the members have not released any new music together since then. However, there have been some exciting developments and projects that might interest you:
- Voulez-Vous (2021): ABBA's 1979 album "Voulez-Vous" was re-released in a special edition, featuring previously unreleased tracks, demos, and remixes.
- ABBA Voyage (2021): A virtual concert experience featuring digital avatars of the band members, performing their greatest hits. The show is currently running in London's Olympic Park.
- New music from Agnetha Fältskog: In 2013, Agnetha Fältskog, one half of ABBA's lead vocal duo, released a solo album called "A". Although not an ABBA album, it features some great new music.
- Björn Ulvaeus's solo work: Björn Ulvaeus, the other half of ABBA's lead vocal duo, has been working on various projects, including a musical called "Mamma Mia!" and a solo album called "Björn Again" (2018).
- ABBA's music in new formats: In recent years, ABBA's music has been re-released in various formats, such as vinyl, CD, and digital remasters. These releases often include bonus tracks, demos, and live recordings.
While there are no new ABBA songs, these developments show that the band's music remains popular and that the members are still involved in creative projects. Who knows, maybe one day we'll get a surprise new ABBA song or album!
