Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
