7 am new york time is nigerian time

I think there may be a bit of a misunderstanding here!

New York time is in the Eastern Time Zone (ET) in the United States, which is UTC-5 hours during standard time and UTC-4 hours during daylight saving time.

Nigeria, on the other hand, is in the West African Time (WAT) zone, which is UTC+1 hour.

So, 7 am New York time would be equivalent to:

• 12 pm (noon) Nigerian time during standard time (when New York is on UTC-5)
• 1 pm Nigerian time during daylight saving time (when New York is on UTC-4)

Not 7 am Nigerian time.
