2019 presidential election obasanjo vouch for atiku to move nigeria forward
I think there may be some misinformation here.
In the 2019 Nigerian presidential election, the candidates were Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, who was the President of Nigeria from 1999 to 2007, did not vouch for Atiku to move Nigeria forward.
In fact, Obasanjo had previously been a strong critic of Atiku, and had even endorsed Buhari in the 2015 presidential election. However, in 2018, Obasanjo publicly endorsed Atiku as the best candidate to succeed Buhari, citing Atiku's experience and ability to move Nigeria forward.
Obasanjo's endorsement of Atiku was seen as a significant development in the election, as Obasanjo is a respected figure in Nigerian politics and his endorsement can carry significant weight with voters. However, it's worth noting that Obasanjo's endorsement did not necessarily guarantee Atiku's victory, as the election was ultimately won by Buhari.
