A third video clip showing embattled Kano state Governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje allegedly collecting bribe in form of kickbacks from a contractor has been released online.

It will be recalled that the publisher of an online publication, Daily Nigerian, Jafaar Jafaar had said that he is in possession of about fifteen different video clips showing Ganduje collecting bribe from contractors contracted to build state projects. After releasing the first two clips, the Kano state house of assembly instituted an investigative committee to look into the allegation. Jafaar appeared before the committee last week and he testified that the videos were authentic, refuting the government’s claim that the clips were “clones”.

The third clip released in the early hours of today (Wednesday) show the governor collected stacks of money from an unseen person. This third video also had audio with the governor and his guest discussing in Hausa. The audio was subtitled in English.
