North Korea is considering the production of the most dangerous weapon, as it is approaching the peak of its nuclear program, with the experimentation of a hydrogen bomb.

North Korea’s Foreign Minister, Ri Yong Ho disclosed this information at the UN General Assembly in New York, emphasizing that the Pacific Ocean could be location where the weapon could be launched. Kim Jong-Un had threatened to deal with the US at a “highest level” possible.

Ri said: “We have no idea about what actions could be taken as it will be ordered by leader Kim Jong Un.

The US, South Korea and Japan would deem such test as a provocative act. Meanwhile, Ri was expected to speak at the UN General Assembly on Saturday, a later date than formerly scheduled.

Ri’s speech came after Kim’s unexpected comments strongly condemning Trump’s threat to destroy North Korea, saying that the American president is “deranged”, and that he would “pay dearly” for his utterance.

Kim’s speech was posted by North Korea’s state propaganda arm in answering Trump’s fierce comment at the UN General Assembly on Tuesday.

This was the first direct address by Kim to the world, South Korean media said.

Kim said the US president was “unfit to hold the prerogative of supreme command of a country”, saying that he is “a rogue and a gangster fond of playing with fire.”

World analysts perceived Kim’s comments as an obvious declaration that North Korea would be brisk about its weapon testing of missiles aimed at targeting US troops throughout Asia and the US mainland.

Trump had on Tuesday called Kim a “rocket man” on a “suicide mission,” saying further that if “forced to defend itself or its allies, we will have no choice but to totally destroy North Korea.”
