A former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder looks set to be given a second chance at his new PSL side.

29-year-old midfielder Siphelele Ntshangase is set to be given another chance at Marumo Gallants.

Ntshangase struggled to get any real game-time at Gallants after joining them last season.

He made just three appearances all season and was tipped to be offloaded.

A club official however insists the former Kaizer Chiefs and Black Leopards man is still part of the plan at Gallants!

Gallants to give ex Kaizer Chiefs man another chance?

“Our squad is still intact. We just need to reinforce here and there. Ntshangase’s contract is still running. He is still part of the team,” Gallants media manager Rufus Matsena told SoccerLaduma.

In other transfer news, a former Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns star has put pen to paper at AmaZulu FC!

George Maluleka has secured an immediate return to the DStv Premiership after he was released by Mamelodi Sundowns at the end of the previous campaign.

According to reports, ‘Mido’ has signed a two-year contract at AmaZulu FC.

AmaZulu FC have already signed the likes of Gabadinho Mhango and Dumisani Zuma ahead of next season.

Maluleka will likely act as a direct replacement of Siyethemba Sithebe who joined Kaizer Chiefs.

Ex Mamelodi Sundowns star finds new club!

“We are very excited about him because not only he has got pedigree for winning trophies, but we felt we need balance in the team,” AmaZulu Chairman Sandile Zungu said regarding the former Kaizer Chiefs and Sundowns midfielder as quoted by FarPost.

“Something had to be done in that midfield position and he is a perfect fit for us.

“He is very excited about being at AmaZulu, and we are equally excited at having him.”
