Chelsea new signing this season 2019

Chelsea FC made several signings during the 2019 summer transfer window. Here are some of the notable new signings:

1. Christian Pulisic (Winger) - Signed from Borussia Dortmund for a reported fee of £58 million.
2. Mateo Kovačić (Midfielder) - Signed from Real Madrid for a reported fee of £40 million.
3. Gonzalo Higuaín (Striker) - Signed on loan from Juventus for the remainder of the 2019-20 season, with an option to buy for £31.3 million.
